Challenges
Many different and constantly changing tasks need UX, but I was the only dedicated person on UX. I needed to keep up with other teams and perform or organize tasks for their needs. The game had a large scope where plenty of features were cut. The scope also included an extensive amount of UX/UI.
Post Mortem
This was my toughest project yet, and I've learned how to deal with many pitfalls, like being very overscoped, having an unclear direction, and general team management. There are certain parts I wish I could've handled or made differently, but the UI/work I did is a clear improvement from my previous projects and has a good amount of polish.
